Swan Valley Coffee Trail

Do you know that Swan Valley is home for two most prominent coffee roasters in Perth? Not only that, there are a lot of great coffee houses available where you can hang out with some friends, take a break, or just enjoy a good cup of takeaway coffee. If you don't have any plan for the weekend, then it's time to visit WA's oldest wine growing region.

LITTLE GUILDFORD

If you go to Swan Valley, the first thing you want to do is to collect some brochures from the Visitor Centre. Near the visitor centre, the first charming cafe that you will see is Little Guildford.  Not only that they open for lunch and dinner, but they also offer Saturday night cocktails at the premise. Little Guildford will have a special dinner menu for Winter and Spring.

PADBURY

Within a minute walking distance from Little Guildford, you can visit a quaint cafe called Padbury. Start your day with a mug of coffee, heartwarming scones, delicious bagels, or delightful steak sandwich. Padbury Cafe is also part of the Heritage Walking Trail at Swan Valley.

MADISON COTTAGE

If you're looking for another cute and quaint place, Madison Cottage has delicious hi-tea on offer. Gluten-free servings also available for your hi-tea and everything will be presented on beautiful homewares. Madison Cottage serves various flavour of tea at their cafe.

URBANISTAR

Urbanistar Cafe is famous for its Iced Coffee and also a favourite cafe for people who live in the Valley area. Not only Leigh serves excellent coffee, but he is really on point with his pastries and muffins. Better get the muffin in the morning before it all sold out!

YAHAVA KOFFEEWORKS

YAHAVA is a favourite coffee roaster, made famous by Alex Kok, a Dutch explorer who is also known as the Koffee Baron. His mission is to bring the best coffee from the world and introduce it to people in WA. Until now, YAHAVA still sources excellent beans from different regions.

FIORI COFFEE

We ended our coffee trail at Fiori, another renowned coffee roaster in the valley and talked to Andy Tseng, the award-winning barista and latte art trainer. Just 30 minutes from Perth, Fiori is located inside the Oakover Estate, just right across the Oakover Winery. Fiori also provides full staff and equipment training for clients.

Check out below introduction video to Fiori to find out more about them and don't forget to say hi to Andy when you visit Fiori!
