There's a room in Manhattan that showcase all fresh and housemade ingredients that the bartender use. Another area has barrels that were filled with cocktails made by guest bartenders. We also saw some jars that are dated and loaded with innovative cocktails of various Manhattan's bartenders.

Various Restaurants

Other than Basilico, Regent Hotels also offers Korean food at Seoul Restaurant, Japanese cuisine at Tenshin, High Tea at Lobby's Tea Lounge, gourmet patisseries at Dolcetto, and tasty Cantonese food at one-starred Michelin restaurant called Summer Palace.

One of the impressive things about Summer Palace is the abundance of gluten-free food that they offer in their menu. The restaurant also presents Chefs five-course lunch and six-course dinner menu.

Regent Club

If you have access to the Club Lounge, then you will be spoiled with heaps of food choices. Check out some photos that we took below. Everything is house-made including their delicious desserts. From 5:30 to 8 PM, hors-d'oeuvres and evening cocktails are available at Regent Club.

The 88 sqm Four Seasons Executive Suite was super spacious for Singapore's standard. Another great benefit of staying here is the living area that's separate to the bedroom. This is very useful when someone is coming over or when you need to have a private meeting. Regent Hotels prepares a mobile phone that can be used for a local or international call.

Great Staff

You might remember the time we went to Basilico at Regent by Four Seasons Singapore, to enjoy delicious Italian feast there. Not only we were impressed with the quality of the food, but we were also impressed with the hospitality of each staff.

I talked to some staff about the hotel culture because everyone seems so happy and helpful. One of the team members informed me that Four Seasons always prioritise their staff's wellbeing before other things. Because of that, they have a lot of loyal staff members.
