Bossman Burgers Bali

I was very excited when our group visited Bossman in Seminyak, Bali. I planned my trip earlier than the peak hour dinner time to make sure that we could secure some spots in front of the kitchen counter. At one point, we saw the staff prepared a takeaway order for 20 burgers!
I ordered El Chapo with a side of Jalapeno Poppers, and two other people in the group decided to go for the Notorious P.I.G. and Al Capone. We also added the loaded fries that came with pulled pork, jalapeno, grilled queso blanco cheese and coriander.
Their burger buns were fluffy, the beef patty was tender, and they put enough condiments to complement the whole burger. The pork belly was also very delicious and perfect when combined with Asian slaw. We were too full to finish our loaded fries, so we asked for Bossman gold-colour takeaway box. I'd love to go back and try other dishes one day.

Bossman only has limited seating available at their restaurant, but I saw a lot of online orders coming through Gojek. Gojek is similar to Uber. It is a delivery app that can be used to order food, send out parcels and even do grocery shopping on behalf of you. I saw two hotel guests at Movenpick with their ordered Bossman burgers on the table for their lunch.
If you're craving for a good burger when you visit Bali, definitely consider Bossman. Their pricing is really good and the burger was filling too. Bossman opens every day from 11 am until 4 am. So they will definitely be there for you when you're looking for some comfort food at an odd hour of your day.
