Healthy Fix at Little Cultures, Subiaco

A mini foodie group met up at Little Cultures, Subiaco to try some of their hearty and healthy dishes. We had a good chat at Little Cultures, and I couldn't believe that they close at 10 pm on Wednesday to Saturday.

Little Cultures handcrafted their yoghurt at the venue, without any preservatives. We watched how the frozen yoghurt is made on a -20 degree Celcius ice pan. The transformation from yoghurt to icy yoghurt was amazing!

Little Cultures have various range of smoothie and yoghurt bowls available at the shop. We tried the Matcha Mango Bowl smoothie and Berry + Goji yoghurt bowl. Both were really refreshing and so filling. It was definitely a good replacement idea for breakfast or lunch or dinner (in my case).

Each of the super smoothie bowls will be served with gluten free Paleo muesli mix, cacao nibs, goji berry, chia seed, shredded & toasted coconut. The fresh yoghurt bowls were served with gluten free Paleo muesli mix, choice of honey, organic rice malt syrup or plain.

They also sell eggettes or the famous HK egg waffles. We tried the savoury one with cheese mixed into the eggettes and another one with yoghurt and some toppings. Cold juices and hot drinks are also available at the cafe.

I can't wait to go back one day to get my healthy food fix if I'm around the Subiaco area. And possibly share some bowls with some friends too ;-). Thank you Perthyums for arranging the meetup!
