John St Cafe, Cottesloe

I have fond memories of having breakfast at John St Cafe, Cottesloe. The last time I visited the cafe was back in 2015. Three years later and John St Cafe still didn't disappoint.

One of my good friends owns a Froyo (Frozen Yoghurt) cafe called Verde Brio in Myaree. It was very rare for us to be able to enjoy a pleasant and leisurely breakfast due to his busy schedule. The second breakfast that we had was at John St Cafe.

I remember that Andrew loves John St Cafe, but unfortunately, he couldn't make it on that day. Andrew usually ordered extra house-made hashbrown on the side, and I often ordered an extra serving of beans.

This time I opted for the special of the day, which was Ham and Cheese Crepes. It was delightful, and I added extra hashbrown on the side as you can see from the photo (hehe).

Sharon and Anton chose John's Lot which gives them plenty of varieties on the plate, such as eggs, bacon, chipolatas, mushrooms, and roasted tomato. Shannon decided to go with Eggs Benny, a plate of smoked salmon, 2 poached eggs with hollandaise sauce on top of English muffin.

As I mentioned before, John St Cafe held a special place in my heart. I went on a lot of breakfast date with Andrew there, and we even ate there after an early pre-wedding photo session. John St Cafe can get quite busy during the morning, but the turnaround is good with plenty of free parking on the side road.
