Genesis in the Hills, Roleystone
I was into the healthy eating and juice detox at one point in time so I decided to go to a vegetarian restaurant to celebrate my birthday with the teen leaders at our church. The point was to show them that vegetarian food could taste as beautiful as juicy steak fresh off the grill. I booked the Genesis a month in advance for an early morning breakfast at 10AM.
Driving to Roleystone was an adventure in itself because none of us live nearby the area. Genesis in the Hills was quite easy to find and we were welcomed by sunshine, organic herb garden, blossomed flowers as well as friendly staff who showed us to our table.
Most of us went with the easy choice, the full breakfast and some went for the shakshuka. We weren't disappointed at all and I saw some frowns changed to grins on the face of the male people in our group. I really enjoy their tempe side dish, unfortunately this was removed from the breakfast menu the last time we went there. I enjoyed the homemade flourless chocolate cake and found out from the staff that they made their own sandwich bread daily.
Delicious Shakshuka
Big Breakfast, one with scramble and and one with poached eggs
Big Breaky with Scramble Eggs

Crisp grilled polenta wedges with creamy garlic mushroom sauce, roasted tomatoes and steamed greens.
Big Breaky
Big breaky with a side of tempeh (sometimes not available) and black bean.
Full Breakfast (GF/V available)
Free-range eggs or tofu scramble on sourdough toast. Served with a crisppotato rosti, garlic mushrooms, steamed greens, roasted tomato and hummus.
Shakshuka (GF available)

I went back last month with a different group of friends and still found the dining experience enjoyable.
